2. Ordering & Installation

Service Availability: We provide water treatment solutions and installation exclusively to specified service areas. Orders placed outside our service radius may be declined or cancelled.
Product Information: The images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in design, model, specifications or packaging.
Installation Timelines: While we strive to complete installations within the specified time slot, unforeseen technical circumstances may cause minor delays. We will inform you if any significant delay occurs.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices: All prices for equipment and service packages are subject to change without notice. The prices listed at the time you confirm your order will apply.
Payment Methods: We accept various safe and secure payment methods, including Online Transfer, UPI, Net Banking, and major cards.
Taxes: All listed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: You may cancel your equipment order for a full refund before it has been processed and dispatched for installation.
Post-Installation: Due to the nature of installed water treatment systems, we do not accept cancellations once the system has been installed and commissioned.
Refund Policy: Refunds for cancelled orders or service disputes will be governed by our detailed Refund Policy and usually reflect within 5-7 working days.

5. System Performance Disclaimer

Water treatment system performance depends on raw water quality, input TDS, usage conditions, and maintenance practices. BRIGHT WATER TECH does not guarantee specific output water parameters unless explicitly agreed in writing.

6. Customer - Site and Service Responsibility.

The customer must ensure that the installation site have basic requirements such as availability of stable power supply, adequate raw water supply, and proper installation space and access.
Delays or service issues arising due to these conditions will not be the responsibility of BRIGHT WATER TECH.
Customers are responsible for proper usage, monitoring and routine maintenance as advised.

7. Warranty and Service Disclaimer

Product warranties are subject to the terms provided by the manufacturer or as specified at the time of purchase.
Service performance may vary depending on water quality, usage, and maintenance practices.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, power failures, or technical breakdowns.

9. User Conduct & Account Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords.
Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate installation addresses and working contact numbers to ensure successful service delivery.
Prohibited Actions: Users must not misuse the platform, such as placing repeated fraudulent orders or harassing our service personnel.

10. Limitation of Liability

While Bright Water Tech strives to provide the highest quality water treatment systems and timely service, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, improper maintenance by the user, or external factors affecting system performance, or service delays beyond our reasonable control.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
